Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

  • on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or

  • in the case of a partial delivery: on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the goods to you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day
on which the goods reached us.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

3. Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within 14 days from the day
on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods
if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

5. Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • The supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

  • The supply of goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of hygiene and whose seal was removed after delivery (e.g. worn sportswear).

  • The supply of downloads or digital content, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract is to begin before the withdrawal period expires.

6. Withdrawal for padel trips and camps

For bookings of padel trips or padel camps in which Aurex acts as an intermediary,
the withdrawal and cancellation conditions of the respective tour operator apply.

In the case of services provided directly by Aurex (e.g. on-site training sessions or excursions), a cancellation may be made under German travel law (§ 651h BGB).
Any applicable fees depend on the time of cancellation before the start of the trip.
