These Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service) apply to all contracts concluded via the website
www.aurexofficial.com as well as via affiliated distribution partners.

2. Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Aurex – Philipp Holz (sole proprietorship).
For travel services, Aurex acts, depending on the offer, as a travel agent or tour operator.
The respective role is clearly stated in the offer.

3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer.
The contract is concluded through our order confirmation.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euros including statutory value-added tax.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
For deliveries abroad, customs duties and fees may apply.

Deliveries are made worldwide.
The delivery time is stated for each respective product.
Should an item be unavailable, you will be notified immediately.

9. Warranty and Liability

Aurex is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct,
except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations or in the event of personal injury.

10. Travel Offers and Padel Camps

Aurex offers padel trips in cooperation with local partners.

  • In the case of agency: The travel contract is concluded between the customer and the respective provider.
    Aurex acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for the performance of the third-party service.

  • In the case of own services (e.g. excursions, on-site training): These are provided by Aurex itself.
    Aurex is liable for the proper organization of these own services in accordance with German travel law (§ 651a et seq. BGB).

Travel destinations: Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Dubai, Turkey.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is collected, processed, and used in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
For consumers within the EU, their national consumer protection law applies additionally.

13. Place of Jurisdiction

To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Karlsruhe (Germany).
